Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Pinewood Ridge website and booking services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Booking Terms

When you submit a booking request through our website:

• You are requesting availability and pricing information
• A reservation is not confirmed until we provide written confirmation
• All bookings are subject to our cancellation and payment policies
• You must be at least 21 years old to complete a booking

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Cabin Rules

Guests agree to comply with all house rules, including:

• No smoking inside cabins
• No parties or excessive noise
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
• Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear
• Pets are subject to approval and additional fees

Limitation of Liability

Pinewood Ridge is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your stay, except where prohibited by law.
