Our Story
In 1987, our founders — a carpenter and a botanist — bought 200 acres of mountain ridge with a simple vision: build cabins that belong to the land, not despite it.
Every beam was hand-selected. Every stone was gathered from the creek bed below. Every cabin was designed to frame a specific view — the first light on the eastern peak, the last glow on the western ridge.
Three decades later, we've grown to six cabins, but the philosophy hasn't changed. We don't build units. We build places where families make memories that outlast the wood itself.

With zero light pollution and high elevation, our ridge offers some of the darkest skies on the East Coast. Bring binoculars and let the Milky Way amaze you.
